Payment Terms

ToursDigest is not responsible for failed payments caused by incorrect PayPal details or third-party service issues.

Content Standards

Contributors agree not to submit:

• Plagiarized, copyrighted, or unlawfully copied material.
• Undisclosed AI-generated content.
• Spam, black-hat marketing, or deceptive promotional material.

ToursDigest reserves the right to reject or remove content at any time.

15. Independent Contractor Agreement (Supplemental)

This section constitutes a binding Independent Contractor Agreement between ToursDigest (operated by Teryck Supplies and Logistics) and any Contributor.
